What if I have problems paying off my installment loan?

Please let us know if you think you are going to have problems making a payment. We will work with you to get you back on track. Just make sure that you get in touch with us at least two days before your payment is due.
If you miss a payment, your daily accumulation of interest will still continue to accrue over time. Your account manager can assist you with getting back on track. For further repayment assistance, please contact us directly at (816) 287-2041.

What happens if I don't pay off my loan?

First and foremost, if you are running behind on your loan, please give us a call at least two days before your payment is due. We can usually work something out.
If you don't make a payment, you will be in default at the specified time frame listed in your loan agreement. We will also provide written and verbal notification of your missed payment. Failure to satisfy the obligations of your consumer agreement may declare your entire outstanding balance due and give us the ability to proceed with the collection of the remainder of your full contract balance.

Why do you need my bank account information?

We need your bank account information to be able to deliver your loan funds to you. When you are approved for an installment loan, and agree to accept the loan under specific terms and conditions, we will deposit the funds directly into your bank account. Your bank account information may also be used for verification purposes and repayment of your loan as outlined in your consumer agreement.

What's your renewal policy?

Easy Cash ASAP only permits borrowers to take out one installment loan at a time. Once you pay off an existing loan with us, you would then be eligible to apply for another Easy Cash ASAP installment loan.
